Sound Baths for Chicagoland Workplaces
Give your team an intentional opportunity to step away from the demands of the workday with a corporate sound bath designed for relaxation, employee wellness, and a meaningful reset in Chicago and Chicagoland workplaces.
Give Your Team Space to Pause
Workdays move fast. Employees spend hours shifting between meetings, screens, deadlines, notifications, and competing priorities. Even when there’s time for a break, it can be difficult to truly step away from the mental pace of the day.
A workplace sound bath creates intentional space for employees to slow down, disconnect from their usual demands, and experience a different kind of break through crystal singing bowls and a gong.
Instead of asking your team to do more, a corporate sound bath gives them time to simply get comfortable, listen, and reset before returning to the rest of their day.
A Different Kind of Workplace Wellness Experience
Most of the workday asks employees to stay engaged, responsive, and focused. A corporate sound bath gives them an opportunity to do the opposite for a little while.
Employees simply listen as layers of sound give their attention somewhere else to rest. There’s nothing to accomplish, and no previous experience with meditation or sound baths is required.
For companies looking for an approachable employee wellness experience, sound baths can create space for stress management, mental recovery, and an intentional pause from constant stimulation.

Corporate sound baths can work for small teams as well as larger groups.
Capacity depends primarily on the size and layout of your space and whether employees will be seated or lying down.

No. Employees can participate while lying on a yoga mat, sitting in a chair, or using another comfortable setup that works for them.
A seated sound bath can also be a great option for workplaces with limited floor space or for employees who prefer not to get onto the floor.
-
That depends on your group size and how participants will be positioned.
A floor-based sound bath requires enough room for yoga mats with comfortable space between participants, along with an area for my instruments.
Seated sessions can work well in conference rooms, training rooms, ballrooms, and other workplace event spaces.
If you’re unsure, send me photos or dimensions of the room and I can help you determine what will work.
-
I bring a limited number of yoga mats and blankets for onsite sessions.
For larger groups, we can talk through what your organization already has available and whether employees should bring anything of their own.
I’ll help you determine the simplest setup before the event.
