Grounded Rebel is intentionally camera-free. No one is watching, and no one is expected to be seen. Members may respond to an optional check-in or share what they need from the session, but no one is required to speak or participate publicly.

You don’t need any experience with meditation, mindfulness, yoga, or sound baths.

A phone, tablet, or computer to watch or listen from.
A comfortable place in bed, on the couch, or on the floor.
Pillows and a blanket, if you would like them.
Headphones can be helpful in a busy household or neighborhood, but they are not required.
Your camera will remain off throughout the session.

There’s no required belief system. All people are welcome.
