Chop Around the Clock is an iconic community event hosted by Foltos Tonsorial Parlor in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Each year, the Foltos team cuts hair for 24 hours straight while the community comes together to enjoy live entertainment, activities, and fundraising throughout the event.
This year, I'm excited to share a sound bath experience as part of the celebration.
At 10:00 PM, I'll be playing crystal singing bowls and a gong to create an immersive sound experience designed to encourage relaxation, mental quietness, and a sense of grounding.
This experience is free to attend, though donations to Ronald McDonald House Charities are encouraged.
Please bring a chair, picnic blanket, yoga mat, or anything else that will help you relax comfortably during the session.

A full-body listening experience where you are immersed in the vibrations of instruments like crystal singing bowls and gongs, designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.
This 60-minute guided group session offers a space to slow down, reset, and reconnect. No experience is needed, simply arrive and allow the sound to guide you into a more balanced state.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket with you.
