Private Sound Baths in Chicago & Chicagoland

Create a private sound bath experience for yourself or your group with crystal singing bowls and a gong.

Whether you’re planning a quiet one-on-one session, gathering friends, celebrating something meaningful, or adding sound to a retreat or special event, I’ll help create an experience that fits your people, space, and occasion.

What Is a Private Sound Bath?

A private sound bath gives you the experience of an immersive sound session without attending a public event.

Sessions can be created for one person or a private group and can take place in your home, event space, studio, retreat venue, or another location throughout Chicago and Chicagoland.

You’ll get comfortable while I play a seven-bowl set of crystal singing bowls and a gong, creating dedicated time to slow down and listen.

No previous meditation or sound bath experience is required.

A Sound Bath Designed Around Your Group

Unlike a community event, a private sound bath gives us more flexibility to shape the experience around what you’re planning.

You might want something quiet and restorative for yourself, a shared experience with friends, or an intentional pause within a larger celebration or retreat.

Before your session, we’ll talk through the group size, location, timing, room setup, and overall feel you’re hoping to create.

Private Sound Baths for Celebrations, Retreats & Gatherings

Private sound baths can work beautifully for:

Bachelorette Weekends + Bridal Gatherings
Give your group an opportunity to slow down together between everything else happening during the weekend.

Birthdays + Personal Milestones
Create an experience centered around rest, reflection, and spending intentional time together.

Retreats + Wellness Events
Add an immersive sound bath experience to a retreat, workshop, or wellness-focused gathering.

Friend Groups + Private Gatherings
You don’t need a special occasion. Sometimes gathering a few people you care about and intentionally slowing down together is reason enough.

One-on-One Sessions
Book a private sound bath just for yourself if you prefer a quieter, more personal setting.

What Happens During a Private Sound Bath?

A typical private session is approximately 60 minutes and is designed to feel easy and approachable.

5 minutes — Introduction
We’ll get settled and briefly talk about what to expect.

5 minutes — Guided Breathing
A simple breathing exercise accompanied by a crystal singing bowl helps transition into the experience.

45 minutes — Immersive Sound Bath
You’ll rest while I play seven crystal singing bowls and a gong.

5 minutes — Gentle Return
The sound gradually comes to an end, giving everyone a few moments to transition before moving on with the rest of the day or event.

There’s nothing you need to perform or get right. You simply get comfortable and listen.

Bring a Sound Bath to Your Home or Event Space

One of the benefits of booking a private sound bath in Chicago or Chicagoland is that the experience can come to you.

I can set up in homes, studios, retreat spaces, event venues, and other locations with enough room for participants and instruments.

If you aren’t sure whether your space will work, send me a few photos, approximate dimensions, and your expected group size. I can help you figure out the best setup before the event.

What I Bring

I bring my complete seven-bowl crystal singing bowl set, a gong and stand, mallets, and instrument setup.

I also have a limited number of yoga mats and blankets available for onsite sessions.

For larger groups, we can determine what you already have available, what participants may want to bring, and what setup will work best for the space.

Prefer to Stay Home?

Private experiences don’t have to be in person.

I also offer private virtual sound baths that you can experience from your own home using headphones or earbuds. Virtual sessions are available for individuals and private groups.
